Senior Delegation from UAE Health Sector Visits Sinocare to Explore New Opportunities in Smart Healthcare Cooperation

Dr. Saqer Abdalla Sultan Majid Almualla, Minister of Health of Sharjah, UAE, and Mr. Mobayed Kahtan, CEO of the renowned UAE-based Al-Mazrouri Company, led a high-level delegation to visit Sinocare Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinocare”) and conducted an on-site inspection at Changsha Taihe Hospital. The visit focused on in-depth discussions regarding innovative applications and future cooperation in the fields of diabetes management and smart healthcare.

At the Sinocare headquarters, the delegation toured the production lines and gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and quality control systems. Sinocare representatives provided a detailed overview of the company’s technological achievements and industry layout in chronic disease management. Both parties exchanged views on potential cooperation models and development strategies for the Middle East market.


On-site Hospital Visit: Showcasing Smart Healthcare in Action

During their visit to Changsha Taihe Hospital, President Wu Zhiping and Vice President Kuang Yahua introduced the hospital’s development plan, key specialty departments, and the implementation of its digital healthcare system. In a focused discussion session, Dr. Dai Xianghong, Director of the Diabetes Prevention and Control Center (DPCC), shared the center’s development experience and the practice of hospital-wide blood glucose management. She highlighted the positive impact of these initiatives on improving diagnosis efficiency and blood glucose control quality.


The delegation also visited the DPCC outpatient clinic and the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism to observe the hospital-wide blood glucose information management system jointly developed by Sinocare and the hospital. Experts from the delegation engaged in discussions on the system’s data integration, physician response mechanisms, and patient compliance, and expressed high praise for its effectiveness and implementation.

Dr. Saqer Abdalla Sultan Majid Almualla affirmed that Sinocare's efforts in the smart healthcare sector set a valuable example and expressed a strong interest in enhancing collaboration in chronic disease prevention and medical digitalization.
