From Hyperglycemic Ketoacidosis to Stable Blood Glucose: A New Breakthrough in CGM-Driven Management Mode for Complex Diabetic Complications
This case report describes a 48‑year‑old male with type 2 diabetes complicated by diabetic ketoacidosis after coronary artery bypass grafting. Guided by continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), his regimen was optimized from insulin pump to degludec‑liraglutide plus acarbose. His TIR rose remarkably with stable glycaemia achieved before discharge. CGM facilitates precise glucose management for complex high‑risk diabetic patients.
